Forward Head Posture

Forward head posture is a leading cause of neck, shoulder and arm pain. Prolonged sitting with head down, texting, and lack of exercise can create chronic tightness in the entire upper body. Awareness coupled with proper strength and stretching exercises can reverse this chronic state.
