Dr. Dembe’s goal with each client is to optimize his or her personal well-being and provide strategies for a more robust, fulfilling life.  During the program, she works with individuals to evaluate key aspects of their health and markers for successful aging and longevity, which are influenced by Elaine´s Unique Method.
