THE FOUR KEYS TO WELLNESS
“What have I done for my L.I.F.E. today?”
Participants will learn:
- A daily practice to stay balanced, personally and professionally, by nurturing their L.I.F.E. (Love, Inner Being, Fitness, Energy)
- Using the question, “What have I done for my L.I.F.E. today?” attendees will learn this philosophy to enhance their lives.
- A new acronym for addressing their wellness needs and be able to use these four keys to wellness.
- Attendees will learn how practicing the L.I.F.E. awareness model is crucial for their role in providing an environment for people to heal and restore.
- Using a multi-media inspirational presentation, the four concepts are as follows:
LOVE – Life enhancing relationships with family, friends, colleagues, our planet (sustainability) and mentoring.
INNER BEING – Seeking equanimity, breathing, meditation and visualization. Nature, joy list, reflection and serenity.
FITNESS – Benefits of body, mind and spirit, lessons in renewal, courage, creativity and longevity.
ENERGY – Nutrition, optimism, sleep, music, touch and passions.
